HB367 has been rejected by the full House of Representatives through its Consent Calendar.   HB368, which would require home schoolers to certify that they have read the home education laws, is being retained for later consideration (probably next year).   This bill remains as a vehicle for mischief because material can be tacked onto this bill, making it odious to home schoolers.   Continued vigilance is called for!
