A rally will be held March 10th at the State Capital building in Concord from 8:30 to 11:30am.

HB 1580 explicitly recognizing that parents, not the government, have the right and therefore the responsibility to educate their children. While parents may choose to enroll their children in a public or private school, homeschooling should be an equally acceptable option.

CACR 29 is asking for recognition of parental rights in several areas including education.

The sponsors of both bills will hopefully be in attendance and give speeches about their bills.
