Directions

Coming from the West or South : Entering Laconia heading North on Route 3. You will still be in Belmont and will pass The Belknap Mall on your left side. You will pass through 2 stoplights. A few hundred feet after the second stoplight, bear right onto the Route 3 and 11 bypass. Follow this highway approximately 5 miles until the very end. Bear right onto Route 3/11 North. At the second stoplight in front of a Mobil gas station and Shaws supermarket, bear right and The Margate will be approximately 300 feet away on your left hand side.

Coming from the North : Entering Laconia heading South on Route 3. You will pass over the bridge in Weirs Beach. Stay to the right and follow along side the lake which should be on your right hand side for 3 miles. The Margate will be on your right hand side.

Coming from the East : Entering Laconia heading North on Route 11. Route 11 will become Route 3. At an intersection in front of a Mobil gas station and Shaws supermarket. Bear right at that junction and The Margate will be approximately 300 feet away on your left hand side.
